So, What is RTF?
Restoring The Foundations (RTF) is an inner healing and deliverance ministry. RTF uses an integrated approach to minister to the generational sins and curses inherited from our ancestors, brings healing to the wounded places of the heart, brings God’s truth that sets people free from the lies they believe, and then removes the oppression from the evil one. The result is lasting healing and freedom. Each one of these areas is tied to the others, so they must be ministered to in an integrated way. When God’s remedy is applied to all four of these areas, the results are amazing! In each ministry session, the one receiving ministry is not only receiving wonderful ministry but is also having a personal and powerful encounter with Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. Additionally, they are also being equipped and empowered to walk in greater healing and freedom. Being equipped with the tools to be able to continue in a lifestyle of freedom and healing is one of the many benefits of receiving RTF ministry. Starting ministry will transform your life. How is RTF Structured?
The Four Main Areas Covered in RTF:

Sins of the Fathers and Resulting Curses: Deals with the generational sin/curse patterns found in every family and breaks the power of them over your life.

Ungodly Beliefs: Deals with a person's belief system and helps you break agreement with those beliefs that do not line up with how God thinks.

Soul/Spirit Hurts: A time When Jesus brings healing to specific hurts He desired to heal.

Demonic Oppression: After removing the enemy's legal right to oppress you, we simply cast him out.
Where Do I Begin?
IFM (Issue Focused Ministry) is designed to help you deal with one specific issue that you would like the Lord to help you with. An IFM session lasts about 3 hours. Our Issue-Focused ministry format focuses primarily on the major issue that is troubling you. Together, through prayer, we discover how the four sources of our problems work together to ignite and inflame the issue. We will apply foundational truths to each source as we listen to God for counsel and direction. This time can profoundly change your life as God sets you free from the root causes of an on-going burden in your life.

Meet Your RTF Team
Abby McCabe
RTF Minister
Abby began attending Anchor Church in 2014. She was baptized in August 2014. She earned an associate's degree in Ministry Theology in 2021.Abby started training to become a Restoring the Foundations (RTF) minister and became certified in Issue Focused Ministry in April 2021. She was certified in RTF Thorough Format Ministry in June 2022. Abby has a heart to help bring other believers as well as the lost closer to Jesus to experience his healing and restoration of their identity as a child of God. With this heart to help others, Abby worked in the Federal Prison system for 14 years before transferring to the Veteran's Administration. She is an active duty officer in the United States Public Health Service where she serves as a Psychologist. She earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Montana. She also earned a Graduate Certificate from the University of South Dakota in Disaster Mental Health and has been deployed to respond to two different disaster situations. Abby is eager to retire from her secular profession and begin doing RTF full time!
